Recent studies show that technology is hurting the social skills of children and adults. In today's society technology is taking over. Everywhere you go you can see someone on their device. Resulting in it hard for people to engage in conversations on an everyday basis because they have never really done before in their life. If people are not on there device for a little bit everyday then it will greatly increase the social skills of our society. Technology needs a few restraints that affect the society greatly by not being on the device at the dinner table, or on the bus to work or school where there should also be restraints.

The dinner table is a perfect place to not have technology, not only to be respectful to others, but to increase
