Try imaging life without technology, without technology, our lives would be very different from what we are used to today. The truth is Technology is an important part of our lives to get through the day, whether it is at work, home or at school. Today many people depend greatly on technology to work through their academic projects or assignment’s. It has made a big impact on many people lives without technology what would we do? Has technology really affected us that much?

If we would want to travel somewhere, we would have to use a map, but now we have GPs that can get us almost anywhere. Also for vacations, we would have to go physically to a travel agency and speak to a person to book flights or hotels. Today we can cut out almost all communication and we can do all of this online just by the swipe of a touch screen or the click of a mouse.
Cell phone is almost number one of the things that distract us. Most people are usually on their phones. Cell phone applications are making it a lot easier for us to be lazy and not have to think as much. Phone applications can make things much faster and easier to do things. If you like to read you can easily download an app or can buy a kindle or eBook, this is where you can purchase almost any book you want to read. It is very convenient, rather than having to pack ten books with you, it allows you to be able to have everything on one thing making you have less to pack around. The internet is slowly down our brains and making us lazier. Technology makes it easier to complete are academic tasks though. I cannot even imagine my life without the Internet or the smartphone. It is an integral part of who I am."

The influence of information and communication is very important in the business industry and is observed in every type of job. Communication is first in importance when it comes to any business. Email is a widely accepted form of technology business communication.
The fax machine use to an essential device of business communication, but now we mostly use email. Email is a less expensive and efficient way to communicate with others. It allows the business people and associates to share information more smoothly. It also allows the facilitating to respond more quickly and easily. It improves the process and increases the performance and productivity. Electronic emails, internet, and document scanners have led to paper and printing cost reduction.
