Healthcare system is constantly changing especially on how care is delivered. One of the factors changing the face of healthcare delivery is technology. Technology is increasingly playing a role in almost all processes of healthcare delivery system, from patient registration to data monitoring and laboratory tests. Having said this, as a Medic in the U.S Army, I have noticed and experienced many changes in the Army healthcare system. The Army is now employing cutting edge technology in healthcare delivery which will now make it more complex to adapt to by Medics like myself who are not taking self-development seriously.
