Our world today has almost everything revolved around wifi. For the majority of technology, we need wifi to use it. Without wifi where would technology be today? Hedy Lemar was the inventor of the marvelous invention called wifi. Although Hedy Lemar was known for her looks she was also incredibly smart. Hedy wanted to be known by her intelligence not her elegance. Hedy was the inventor of the marvelous invention called wifi. Hedy Lemar came up with an idea for secret communications called frequency hopping. Frequency hopping is now what we call wifi. This invention had helped me out remarkably throughout the years. Although Hedy Lemar died at the age 86 her invention will continue to live on for decades.

My school uses Hedy Lemar's invention every day. I learn, study, and take notes on my iPad. iPads take a large part in my school education. Whether I'm reading on an online textbook, or working on homework for school, it helps me out tremendously. I know what you might be thinking, iPads are supposed to be used as a toy and we can easily get distracted. Well, luckily, our wonderful teachers encourage us to stay on task and off of games. With wifi I can go on ConnectED, and notability. With ConnectED I can read a social studies textbook online, and with notability I can type notes for my classes. Without Hedy I wouldn't be able to do any of those things because iPads need wifi.

With Hedy's spectacular invention, wifi I can shop online. Shopping online doesn't only help me, but it helps my parents because it is one less place they have to take me. By shopping online I get more time to do other activities. Last week I ordered a bunch of clothes on Amazon, and I did it all from the comfort of my home. The best part is whatever your ordering ships to your house so you won't have to worry about picking it
