Labor conditions during the industrial revolution negatively impacted society. In the Industrial Revolution workers got fired for no reason, they were not protected in factories. Factor system in early times were not restricted or regulated, and caused environmental damage. Back then there was a lot of pollution in the air, also toxic, and acids filled the air. Waterways were filled with remains from the factories, many were permanently affected/ damaged by the pollution. Factories were not just unhealthy they were abusive to children.
The next example of how the Industrial Revolution negatively impacted society is child abuse in factories. Children got hard, dangerous jobs. The working conditions were unhealthy. Children had to work long hours, and got paid low wages. The children had NO rights in the factories. The children were often abused, and would get neglected.
