Technology Causes “Cyber” Space in Real Life Relationships Technology is one of the greatest things to come across modern day life. It can be seen practically everywhere in this modern age. If someone has such a thing as “not enough” technology on their person, they are looked on as outcast. Who can blame them? As a civilization, human beings have shown great success in coming together and creating new technological advances every day. In that sense, technology works as a doubled edged sword. One of the main purposes of technology is to make doing most tasks a lot easier and efficient. In hindsight, it does appear a bit cowardly, but that is the point exactly. It is ok to indulge in these enjoyments; however, it is more difficult to monitor the amount of time that you should spend on these types of things. Once someone invest a certain amount of time into something they genuinely enjoy, they begin to “weigh” that activity in comparison with other things they may consider doing instead of that activity. Naturally, if it is easier to make friends online you will choose to make friends that way as opposed to attempting to make friends in public where you risk the chance at embarrassment.
