Teamwork In Softball

Millions of people around the world play many different sports. Each sport takes place during a different time of the year. As of in the spring there is softball, baseball, lacrosse, and track for school. Qualities that are necessary for someone to succeed at softball are teamwork, mental toughness, and execution.

One quality that is necessary for someone to succeed at softball is teamwork. Teamwork is the combined action of a group of people, especially when effective and efficient. Multiple people work together to most commonly achieve a goal. One important thing with teamwork is that everyone provides something. Not only one person is on the team, there is many. In each sport everyone has a position, and during that time they need to provide effort to the team to help out. It is their position so whatever comes to them or a challenge they approach it is their responsibility, but the team can also add support. Everyone makes mistakes and it always happens in a sport, but the best thing about a sport is having people who can pick them up. But, that all depends on the people they surround themselves with. Execution is the carrying out or putting into effect of a plan, order, or course of action. Pushing oneself is a big factor to succeeding in a sport. If they are good then when they push themselves they can become great. As people get older competition gets better and to keep up with everyone they need to condition. Although with conditioning comes pushing oneself because even if they train and they do not push themselves, they really are not getting better. While pushing oneself they need to put in hard work at practice and at home. Working hard can improve their skills and talent, especially in the off season it can show that they really want to
