Teamwork is important because it is a valuable skill that helps others that need help who are by themselves. In the novel Freak the Mighty there's a kid named Kevin also called as Freak has Morquio Syndrome in his body that makes him really small and can barely walk. Freak the Mighty by Rodman Philbrick, this novel is about two kids name Max and Kevin and they become friends in middle and the first time that they met was when Max needed some help with reading, Kevin comes in to help him read and that's how they become friends. Max and Kevin both become best friends and that they help each other with their problems which they are using teamwork to accomplish that.
