The beginning of Team USA basketball really started making the game of basketball well known to people across the United States. The history of how it started and how far it has gone has also made it very interesting to see the growth throughout the years. They have been very successful because they have not won the Olympic Gold Medal Game three times. Those years were in 1972, 1988, and 2004 other than those years Team USA has been dominant over the years and their times in the Olympics building on the very successful history. Team USA basketball started off very small, but through the years the success they had has made the history of the team very interesting and shows how much the team has grown. Team USA has been dominant from the beginning of when the team first started and has continued to be dominant for many years after the beginning of Team USA. Team USA has been able to overcome many obstacles in the time of the Olympics and has still continued to come out victorious year after year. The growth and history of all of the players that have played for Team USA has become very interesting and continues to show that from the start of Team USA to the present how dominant Team USA Basketball is and will continue to be. There have been around 100 years of Team USA Basketball and that has already been quite entertaining, so there is much to look forward to and watch this historic team continue to
