As members it is imperative for you to know why your role is so significant. As our district continues to welcome new diverse families into our home and school communities, it is important to work towards engaging these families in our schools because it is only when all community members are invested in how our schools operate and are involved in our students’ education that the productivity of our district can be at its highest level.
