Having an opportunity to complete my practicum with University of Florida women’s soccer team will give me great experiences to learn more about the administrative and organizing portion of the team structure. I will be working with general capacity of a team as well as given an opportunity to have hands on experiences of how the team is staying successful. Some of the areas that I will be able to work with is recruiting process; considerations of admissions to the team; responding and communicating with high school coaches from all over the world; planning and organizing details for the future camps; working with the equipment, having a hands on experience with disbursement for a team members as well as ordering the gear for the up-coming
