These tools would be a Survival Scenario (Team Building Excercises, 2015) where the team must communicate and come to an agreement on what items each person is allowed to take into a life boat in order to survive on a hypothetical desert island. The second exercise called Stereotype Party (Team Building Excercises, 2015) will serve as a way to eliminate stereotypes and labeling aiding as a way for us to relate better to each other. Team members will write on nametags a personality type and pin unto the back of each person in the group. Each team member ask each other stereotyped based questions and the person must figure this out. These self-assessment tools enables the individual to have fun, eliminate and prejudices and opens up communication. This will allow the teams to work better together and be more productive as a group. This is allows the team to form which is in align with the Homan/Tuckman model, the members are allowed to learn about the purpose of the committee and opens individuals up to self-reflection.
