Team Dance Team Analysis

I been part of numerous team dance team, cheer, organizations and work. One particular team I work in was volunteering to raise money for a family in my community who lost their home. It was different people in the team I didn't know and older than me. We had to come up with an ideal as a team to help this family. It was hard because people had different ideas but you have to reach a common ground to get the job done. Me I step up to help communicate with everyone because that was the big deal. I handle the overall task with my team to help reach a goal of raising 5,000 dollars. I was always their to help and offer assistance to other member who was lacking in they area. I keep everyone movtivated.
