I do agree with you the communicate is an important tool to a team. I think being in a team you will have different personalities but communicating the right way everything should work out as a team. You may have an Oscar the grouch of your team but a positive Sally can help balance out the team. Communicate is part of growth. When I'm in the groceries store I speak to everybody some I don't even know, People are not used to that people are so involved in their own bubble the simple communicate is gone from daily life. To work on communicate step outside the box and speak out. Having that great communication skills in a team is always great.
