Teamwork and communication are very important in any field, but especially in Health care. Team communication is very important to not only those who are working but those who are getting the procedure done (the patient). Without communication, no one would know what is going on, what medicine the patient is receiving, what they were diagnosed with, what the future plans are, and who will be taking part of the plan. Team communication can often be a matter of life and death for the patient that is under the care and supervision of a team. One miscommunication can mean the wrong dosage and something like that could kill someone. If there is one industry that communication is important it is health care.
