Team And Golf: Team Analysis

In golf, the team plays together for a team victory but also against each other for a individual win. As you may expect, this puts a certain amount of stress on the team environment. In the light of this, I had realized we needed someone on the team to relieve the stress of tournaments. Whereas most teams went their separate ways to warm up for the tournament, I got my team together and we played a putting game so we could warm up but also test our skills against each other. Then, I went up to each team member and we simply talking in order to relieve the stress and instill confidence into the players. Right before we all went out, we came up with a chant to encourage the team and bring a fun aspect into the serious environment. After the tournament
