Teaching Sequence For Volleyball

Teaching Sequence:
1. Students will be allowed to get into groups of between four to six depending on the total number so that there is six even-sized groups in total. These groups will then be taught how to use the “digging” technique and when it is used. They will then go off in their groups and practice their techniques between themselves. (5-8 minutes)
2. The students will then learn about the second type of moving the volleyball, “setting”. They will then go off and practice this in their groups and see how many times they can set the ball to each other without the ball hitting the ground. (5-8 minutes)
3. The third technique they will learn is spiking. Not all the students will be able to spike over the lowered net due to height or
