It was the red team versus the green team, and when the game started the red team won the tip off. Tyler yelled “Cole I’m open!”, then Cole passed it to Tyler and he flung it on the rebounder like Aaron Rodgers throwing a football to Jordy Nelson, and the ball launched off the rebounder. The green team couldn’t catch it so the red team scored a point. Cole and Nick were both shouting “Great job Tyler!”.

Hailey got the ball and heaved it towards Nick and he couldn’t catch the ball and he got mad and threw the ball with all his force onto the ground. Mrs. Stratton threw him out the game and she was the sub for the rest of the game.

Tyler quickly got the ball and threw it to Mrs. Stratton and she slammed the ball from a corner shot and totally fooled the green team and the hole red team shouted “ Great job Mrs. Stratton”. The green team got the ball and Austin chucked it to Eric and Eric faked it to Sara and even some of the green team got fooled and then Eric lightly threw it on the rebounder and scored the tying point.

“Shooter, shooter, she’s a shooter! !” vigorously shouted the opposing coach who wore an orange hat that clashed with his increasingly reddening face. I grinned and caught the rotating, leathery ball my teammate passed to me. Once it reached my fingers, everything became automatic. Not a single thought crossed my mind after my eyes focused on the red hook at the back of the rim.…

The Red Devils started to play more aggressively right after the Cadets scored. A Red Devils player hinged his arm at his elbow and pulled his whole arm across his body hugging his chest with his arm, he hit the Cadets player with his shoulder, knocking him onto the ground and made him look like a pin struck by a bowling ball. The Cadets coach screamed at the referee for a card to be given to the instigator, but the referee shook his head at his neck and reached down with his right hand and grabbed his whistle and blew it once again to resume play. The Red Devils made one last push in the last fifty seconds of the game. The Cadets had gone into a defensive formation in the last five minutes, in which they would clog up the box with all their midfielders and defenders so the Red Devils couldn't get a shot off.…

When the defense came onto the field, the New York Giants dominated the field with catch after catch, and run after run. They couldn’t be stopped. With five seconds left in the first quarter and at the three yard line, Eli Manning threw a pass to star wide receiver Cole Beasley. Cole Beasley dove into the back of the end-zone and reached his arm out for the ball as time ran out, and caught it for a touchdown! The game was now tied 7-7.…

"Sure, but if she lets you win I’ll be throwing more than pepperoni at you." I laughed as we walked to the putt-putt area. I’d never played putt-putt before and quickly decided that go-karts were my speed because you know they actually had speed. I mean, I enjoyed spending time with my friends, but, wow, golf was boring even on the miniature scale. The only time it was fun was when Rhonda would have a tantrum about her ball not going into the hole.…
