I think it is a good idea because there are many people who love the arts like I do and the small school would be where they go to learn more. At our campus of the several campus church we are trying to grow our ministry so the youth pastor decided that he would like a group of young leaders to help them do so. I helped a lot in the church and he saw that in me along with how I was getting many people to join our church and get plugged in. He chose seven students to help him grow the student ministry. I had shown interest in the church and wanting to be apart of something within it. I had expressed that to him once without knowing he was thinking about starting the leadership group. I continued to look for a place to serve more in and help more people but I could not find anything that really interested me. When he asked me to help him along with a few others to grow the student ministry I was ecstatic. He had told us that we were the seven like there were the twelve. I think this is my greatest accomplishment as a leader because even though I was a young student he saw a leader unlike many adults that normally think kids should be put to smaller tasks. I had been working hard just because I loved it and through that I was chosen to be apart of a small group that helps a big church. TCSL started at our church and because its going so well they started a group at another campus as
