Evidence:
The brother is currently being evaluated by the school to determine if he has a disability. TC’s diabetes is being frequently monitored. The family presents with no signs of delusions, hallucinations or suicidal ideations. TC and the brother have difficulty following directions, as prompts are needed to be repeated multiple times.

Evidence:
The mother describes TC and the brother as loving, carefree, and happy. The mother expressed concerns due to their lack of following through with directions at times.
