Recently there have been studies to show the positive and negative effects of physical activities. The good things that come from physical activity could be a healthy amount of exercise and can help you do academically better. Thus, this having better chances of you getting into a better college. Either way there are good and bad consequences of physical activities. Basically, what I am trying to explain is that exercise is neither good or bad you just need to be careful how you do it.
The reason you should be careful about how you do physical activity because. It could cause you to have TBI because you are doing a physical activity that is risky. According to (Source 1) “TBI is caused by a bump, blow, or jolt to the head that disrupts normal function of the brain. Not all blows or jolts to the head result in a TBI.” Basically, what this means is that TBI can cause you to have problems in your brain but not always. You should still be careful when doing physical activity to lower your risk of you getting TBI since. (Source 1) states “I 2012, an estimated 329,290 children (age 19 or younger) were treated in U.S. EDs for sports and recreation-related injuries that included a diagnosis of concussion or TBI.” In other word (Source 1) believes that sports have a higher chance for you getting TBI than regular day to day

(Source 3) claims that “Most people are not likely to be injured when doing moderate- intensity activities in amounts that meet Physical Activity Guidelines.” To put it another way these activities are very safe when you practice them correctly. Contact sports are also good for your health (Source 2) explains “Much attention has been given to the role of sports and exercise in decreasing the rates of obesity in our nation’s youth.” Basically (Source 3) is saying that a good and healthy amount of activity can help reduce your chances of having
