Taylor Swift Persuasive Essay

Improved Essays
Celebrities can have a significant influence on consumer choices because they are easily recognized by a target audience. For example, Taylor Swift, famous musician, is a celebrity who rose to fame with her song ‘Blank Space’ and is promoting Apple Music and Spotify. This example shows that because Taylor Swift produces music, and that the product being advertised is dedicated to exposing users to music, Taylor Swift can be a good fit because she has fans who listen to her music. Furthermore, not everyone listens to music through Spotify or Apple Music, but may use an alternative service such as YouTube, meaning that the advertisement can convince anyone who currently uses YouTube to switch to either Apple Music or Spotify.
