Even though Big Data plays a major role in the success of our business, one can never rule out that leadership and talent management is essential. In view of that, what good is information to a company, if upper management is not able to interpret and understand a problem with the information provided? In my present role as a Tax Analyst, volume is used to determine when our tax reporting season begins and when it ends. For example it is compulsory to gather retention data and new business attained data to determine the duration and length of time our tax season will last each year. If our reporting system was not digitalized it would be very difficult for us to plan and achieve a successful tax season. Similarly, success would not be achieved
