CM Gilmore scheduled a visit to meet with Tavarsea Steed at the local DFCS office. Tavarea reported the following:
• He played football years ago
• On the night of the incident he was very stressed and received a lot of bad news that day back to back. He reported that he did receive a picture of his girlfriend kissing another girl, and that was the last straw.
• He reported that he found the black on a street by the house
• He reported that he did get on top of the house, and tie the rope around the tree limb, but he wasn’t going to jump. o Tavarsea made the comment, “I ain’t that crazy, just wasn’t’ thinking because I was stressed”
• He currently does have a therapist at Stillwaters Professional Counseling; however, he is not sure of the
