Being drunk is easily noticeable the people the to walk tipsy and speak in an understandable manner. These type of people should always be avoided because these types of people tend to not use their logic when they are intoxicated. People who are drunk tend to be more aggressive if they don't get the attention they want or who they want. I have been a witness to drunk people starting fights with a people with their girlfriends or wifes. These drunk people always harassed the other person's girlfriend or boyfriend. A fight always breaks out when the other person's partner stand up to defend their partner. All these types of fights and confrontations can be avoided if a person could read people better. If a person could see the type of tattoo a person has and knows it belongs to a gang he might want to stay away to avoid a dangerous situation. Another way you might be able to read a person would be with how they speak, if they use foul language to insult people indirectly. Rivera,
