A tattoo is a form of body art that’s created when ink is inserted, using a needle, into a person’s skin. It changes the skin’s pigment and can be used to create almost any image. Tattoos are becoming more commonly seen on millennium babies in our society today. They are seen on many celebrities and everyday people of all ages. Despite the growing popularity of tattoos, people have mixed feelings towards it especially when it comes to their children having them. Some people see it as a self-expressive art form while others see it as a rebellious, immature act that will one day be regretted. Also some adults perceive teens with tattoos as having an image that is unprofessional.
