Tattoos On Women Research Paper

The woman's clothing, hair, makeup, ear piercings, and the tattoos in her back are conventional fashion, but the tattoos on her face are not conventional. For starters, the clothing looks like an outfit that a girl would try to aim for because it's overall average. There's nothing too extreme about it.The outfit is just a skirt and a tank top. The hair is also something that is attainable. The hair looks like it was curled or styled a bit but then pulled back in a messy high ponytail. The makeup also looked average in general. The makeup looks fresh. The woman's face looks clear and alive because of the blush. The earrings the woman has on are black small earrings. This is also conventional because they add a nice fashion statement, but it’s not over the top either. …show more content…
The tattoos on the woman’s face however, isn’t conventional. Before, tattoos were almost seen as taboo, but they have become normal and common at least in certain places of the body. For example, tattoos on the face, at least on the United States aren't that normal. From personal experience, the only time I've seen someone with a tattoo on their face, they generally don’t look safe or trusting or the person works with tattoos. Tattoos on someone's face in the United States is still seen as unconventional because it stands out and it's especially harder to hide without a good makeup cover up. Even though tattoos in America have become a bit more normal, there are still plenty of workplaces that require people to hide and cover up any tattoos and piercings that aren't located in normal / average places. That is probably the main reason why tattoos around the face hasn't become normal, because it will become difficult to find a job due to dress code
