Due to the popularity of tattoos a lot of people get them. Sometimes people are very young when they get their first tattoos. As young as fourteen year olds are getting tattoos. At that age people are growing and learning about themselves. They can’t possibly know what they want on their bodies permanently. Also tattoos the end up being regrets are drunken tattoos. There have been so many cases of people who get tattoos under the influence. There isn’t any regulation that stops tattoo artist from tattooing someone even if they are drunk.
