OREGANO TEA

Uses: * Oregano tea is believed to have a soothing effect and helps in getting restful sleep.

Preparation

* wash fresh or dried oregano leaves * chop then add in 4 cups of water for every 1 cup of oregano leaves. * let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes * Let it steep then strain the leaves. * Drink half cup of Oregano three times a day. * Oregano concoction can be stored in suitable glass container for later consumption.

BAYABAS

Uses: * Bayabas, Herbal Medicine For Stomach Problems * For diarrhea and control stomach parasites

Preparation * Gather fresh Bayabas leaves, * Boil chopped pieces of about 4 to 6 tablespoon for every 18 ounces of water. * Strain and let cool.

BREWED MALUNGGAY ICED TEA

USE * Malunggay is excellent during cancer treatment of juice fasting .

PROCEDURE:
Ingredients
1 malunggay tea bag 1 cup/glass of water with ice 1 tsp sugar or honey

Bring the water to boiling point and add enough water to submerge the malunggay tea leaves and let it sit for a few seconds before pouring out the water. Add hot water and let the malunggay tea bag steep for 1-3 minutes. Place unrefined sugar or honey into a second tea pot if desired. Pour the hot tea into the tea pot and stir. Place ice in cups or glass and pour the hot tea into it. Let the tea cool for a few minutes before drinking. Add ice to have a cold drink.

BLACK ELDERBERRIES

USE
Natural elderberry syrups for Flu Prevention

PROCEDURE
⅔ cup black elderberries
3½ cups of water
2 Tablespoons fresh or dried ginger root
1 teaspoon cinnamon powder
½ teaspoon cloves or clove powder
1 cup raw honey (we get from our farmer's market)

Pour water into medium saucepan and add elderberries, ginger, cinnamon and cloves (do not add honey!)
Bring to a boil and then cover and reduce to a simmer for about 45 minutes to an hour until the liquid has reduced by almost half. At that point, remove from heat and let cool enough
