1. Setting Clear, Measurable goals: A team's ability to set clear and measurable goals that is setup by all team members.
2. Making Assignments Clear and Ensuring Competencies: If the team knows how to make their assignments clear and understands their role plays in the group's goal.
3. Using Effective Decision-Making Process: A team should have a definitive decision making process.
4. Establishing Accountability for High Performance: A team should know how to create a high performance standards and have each members mutually accountable for their results.
