After one of our first meetings with the Task Force, L and I decided that our system of hopping hotels wasn't going to work forever. That was when we put in place the plans to build a facility just for the Task Force. The sleek design was more my idea while the efficiency of it was handled by L, but we agreed for it to have twenty-three floors and another two below ground. The two helicopters were hidden on the roof, and cars and trucks were kept in the parking garage.
