In all my years of education, no teacher has inspired me in a subject as much as Mr. Karmali, my calculus teacher in my senior year of high school. Mehebub S. Karmali, was a old asian-indian, in his mid sixties, who was proud to be teaching high school students the concepts of calculus. At the beginning of the year, I thought that he would be my worst nightmare from how my sister, and my upperclassmen friends talked about him. However, at the end of the year, I realized he was the complete opposite, he was the most dedicated teacher in the entire school. He was not just being strict, giving hard tests, or giving terrible grades because he wanted to be mean, he was passionate about the subject, and was dedicated to teach the students.…
