Product ( Goods /Services): Target will apply a product mix strategy and offer a high-quality, affordable well-known brands as well as a private label brands of a non -durable goods like food, beverages, and pharmaceutical products and durable goods like accessories, clothing, shoes, home supplies, furniture, garden supplies, electronics, entertainment, health & beauty supplies, automotive equipment, school & office supplies, and music instruments for all ages.Target's stores will offer Services like a health clinic, optical, pharmacy, photo, and portrait studio.

Target will be using the TV Ads, the internet ads and the newspaper ads to bring awareness to its entry into the Canadian market. Also, the company will have many sales promotion where Target Canada will offer the same prices of Target U.S.
Target will be using the personal selling techniques for a limit time to build buyer awareness and positive impression with the valued Canadian customers.Target stores will create a good relation with the local communities by sponsorships of minor league sports, charity events, environment and animal protection events.

People: Target Canada will hire more than 17,000 employees, which will have a positive impact on the Canadian economy. The company will try to hire employees with the right personalities and experiences. Employees will be intensively trained and will get the important technological and institutional knowledge. Stores will have enough employees to do the daily tasks. Store leaders will be able to recommend the most selling products in their communities to the home office and take the right actions to fill the empty
