Targeting Success Assignment

This assignment was based on a one week self-study of some very important key components to targeting success. Targeting success consist of the 8 Personal Needs & 9 Important Skills for Every Partner, Parent, and Child Relationship (Gottman, 1994). For each of the 8 needs and 9 skills, I had to track whether I met or failed at meeting the study at the end of week. The first step I will be cover on my targeting success is an overall summary of my 8 needs and the 9 skills. My next sections will be “Balancing the 8 Needs and 9 Skills: Now”, where I will be discussing where some needs and skills that I balance in my personal, work, and relationship with my partner and family/friends. From those results, I will be developing my last section which
