In Conclusion, Target is a large part of the community. Target employees care about the customer experience and any way they are able to do that they will. A friendly greeting or a simple conversation while checking out it can make all the difference to someone. While shopping we are focused on what we came to get and then leave as soon as possible. When an employee has good attitude while interacting with customer, it can make a person realize where they are. When it comes to customer attraction Target has been able to put items that appeal to the everyday person.
