In a large social group it is easy to distinguish between the leader and the followers. Many of the followers fall under the spell of the leader. If the leader is good his/her charisma will have the followers eating out of the palm of his/her palm. After this hypnotic proposition takes effect, the followers become engrossed in the leader. After the initial meeting or get together and all is said and done the followers are on the same train as the leader. This gives the followers something to strive for and believe in. According to S. Moskovichi a “leader is one who understands the subconscious mind of the masses and pulled out the forgotten past sealed in their culture. The success of leadership is necessary to have a common topical issue affecting everyone, and his decision is justified in culture and tradition”. …show more content…
