Water is necessary for life, and clean drinking water is essential. Many people believe that bottled water is better for you than tap water. I think that tap water is better because bottled water is bad for the environment, it is less economical, and the toxins used in plastic water bottles are dangerous for our health. To begin with, tap water is better than bottled water because it is safer for the environment. When somebody drinks a glass of water and they use tap water they would usually use a glass and then just have to wash it. If someone drank a bottle of water and threw it away or if they littered and just threw it on the ground then that is not good for the environment.
