Tanners Clinical judgement model is based on 200 or more research studies, which explore the way nurses think in their practice. There are 4 criteria including noticing, interpreting, responding and reflecting. This week in clinical I had the job of helping to feed the homeless, unemployed, and/or people that can’t afford to have more than one meal a day. This was a challenge because I noticed that so many people were asking for a second plate of food, but Catholic Charities didn’t have enough for seconds. I analyzed that for some people that is their first meal and they secretly try to put their food away so that they can have something to eat later on.
