Tamekia, is a 35 -year-old African American female. She is currently separated from Elijah Allen Cornelius, but were together for 6 years. She denied domestic violence in their relationship, however, experienced years of violence in past relationship.
Tamekia is closely involved with maternal family and sees them on a regular basis. Tamekia is not diagnosed with any medical or mental health conditions, but disclosed that she is currently on medication due to a heart attack last year. Tamekia did not want to provided medication taken because is not relate to the investigation. She denied drug use and there were no disclosures of drug use by the mother. She has one criminal arrest for larceny in 2013.
