ABSTRACT In this era we know that all company struggle to attract more consumer. Therefore, we should know what is Consumer Behavior. In Consumer Behavior has several factors, but mostly and necessary is Social and Culture. Taman Film Bandung was built in 2014 become a means of entertainment for citizen of Bandung. But, along the development era Taman Film Bandung more famous so, now the visitors come of various regions. This generation born 1977-1994 and coming of age 1998-2006. And now the current population 71 million in the world. Generation Y born in modern era, so they lead in using technology, and more flexible in mode. The methodology that researcher did by spread the questionnaire about Taman Film, Bandung. social and culture factors …show more content…
So, generation y cannot be separated from social and culture in their environment. Because, social and culture in modern era also improved and more flexible. And it has relation with costumer behavior. Costumer behaviour is the study of how individuals, groups and organizations select, buy, use and dispose of goods, services, ideas, or experiences to satisfy their needs and wants (Kotler. Philip, 2006). And my opinion Costumer Behavior is some activity which doing over and over and if not doing that activity you will feel something disappear or something wrong and then that become behavior. Costumer Behavior can be affected with several factors, such as; social and culture factors (Kotler & Lane Keller, Marketing Management 14th edition, 2012). In every people has their environment, and every people has different environment with each other, because every people has their ways to interaction with others. So, that’s way we should know Social factor in wide society. Social factor divided to several groups but, the most important is Family. One family consist of parents and sibling. Usually, we got knowledge about love, self-worth, religion, and personal ambition (Kotler & Lane Keller, Marketing Management 14th edition, 2012). And if someone has problem in their family, that can disturb their social life also. Example; if some parent never give explanation about religion to their children, the children will be lost in real life, which means the children didn’t have life guidance. Automatically the children cannot control and doing what the children want. What problem that can come brand attitude is? The consumer behavior, like what I explain above that this is come from consumer behavior. If someone not satisfied with that brand, the consumer will be ignore that brand. But, if someone satisfied with some brand, they will share their experience and therefore can make that as
