Speaking for the Oppressed During the late 2000s, the Talibans began taking over Pakistan and their beliefs spread like wild fire. Before they took power, Pakistan, struck by powerful and dangerous earthquakes became vulnerable. Consequently, this facilitated the Taliban’s rise to power the same way Hitler initially rose to power, through his promises of a better tomorrow. Although, what the Taliban mentioned could be interpreted as anachronistic, they gained many followers through his usage of religion as evidence and the backbone of his cause. The people of Pakistan are extremely religious and therefore took into serious consideration what the Taliban preached. It has gone from a peaceful day in Hawaii, to a tsunami drowning anything in its way. A nation has been shaken from their foundation, and as a result the people are divided within their beliefs. Everyday since the inauguration many complaints have been made by children as young as two years old, and fear lives in their hearts. Children have left for school in the morning, and shared Malala’s fear, the fear that their father would not return at night. As a result of Trump’s ignorant, rancorous, and spontaneous actions and executive orders, many of the people who immigrated to the US for a better future have been detained and told to return home, even if it means leaving their children behind. Trump’s administration wishes to cut funding on education and increase the amount of money that goes to war. Many Americans see the president unfit to run the country, and they also see his decisions as dangerous. Malala once said to prior president, Barack Obama, “I also told him that if America spent less money on weapons and war and more on education, the world would be a better place “ (I am Malala). Many people would disagree, because the powerful wish to control the poor and that is easiest when the poor are ignorant and superficial. Shia LeBeouf, a famous American actor has established an art project, titled “He will not divide us”. This propaganda has been set for people of all cultures, race and ethnicity to come together and show the President that although he has earned the highest post in America, his bigotry, racism and fascism will not rise to
