Focus: Taliana’s family will be able to utilize coping skills to manage Taliana’s inappropriate and depressive behaviors in diverse setting. Ms. Smalls (MHP), Taliana and Mrs. Clark (MHS) assist Taliana express emotions.
Intervention: MHP request update of Taliana’s behaviors in the home and community. MHP and MHS discuss how MHS process school report of inappropriate behaviors with Taliana. MHP and MHS debrief an incident of Taliana refusing to comply with the homes of the home. MHP, MHS and Taliana complete a worksheet about knowing the truth to aid in making better choices. MHP request for MHS and Taliana to use the recent incident to gain insight. MHP, MHS Taliana process the incident and understand how holding in emotions increases display
