Talent development is about developing and nurturing employees contributed to the success and growth of the company. Therefore, the key to continued success lies not only in its ability to retain employees in the organization, but also to understand, manage and develop their talents in the best way possible (Susan, 2015). Why this program is important for many of the organization or company? Nowadays many graduations get their degree but it does not guarantee for them to face the world of work without talent and abilities. So it can be called as an organization that is committed to recruit, retain and develop employees who are most intelligent and excel in the job market. Therefore, strategies objectives and the development organization's talent management processes comply with are met to ensure that the talent development strategy of the general talent pool of design, selection and implementation of focus.
