This is shown when he makes plans with the Wolf to meet up at a certain place and goes an hour earlier. The text states, “‘Oh, at six o’clock.’ Well the little Pig got up at five, and got the turnips and was home again before six,” (13). This piece of textual evidence shows how the Pig utilizes his knowledge to deceive the Wolf. The Pig does this action multiple times in the text.
