The Tale of The Rainbow
Once upon a time, there were rainbows all around Ireland and people used to come from all over to see their beauty. The rainbows stayed there for a long time, and people lost fascination in them. However, one boy whose name was Daniel, lived in a village above the rainbows, came to see the rainbows every day after school. For years these rainbows stood tall like giants for years, until a rumor surfaced that at the end of the rainbow, there were pots of gold! Daniel’s family was a poor family, and when Daniel heard this myth, he knew what he had to do. He had to go and search for the pots of gold, for if he did not, his family would most definitely starve to death. So that night, Daniel packed a bag and set off for the

He also brought along his dog, Duke, so that he had someone who he could travel with so he would not be lonely. He set off in the direction of the rainbow and followed the multicolored trail. Him and Duke traveled for a day and then slept. They woke up to screams and fire around them; they were in the middle of a war! They had to get out of there quick. Daniel gathered the supplies and they kept running towards the end of the rainbow. They had escaped the war and were safe…for now. The two of them had to go hunting so that they can survive for as long as they can get to the end of the rainbow and back to their village. Daniel made a bow and some arrows with some wood and stones, and once Dan shot an animal, Duke would retrieve them. They continued on for two more days until they finally reached the end of the rainbow. The problem was, that the rainbow led to a cave, and a strange beast, which looked like a big Duke, that had two heads, guarded the cave. Daniel knew exactly what he had to
