I am writing this letter to recommend Takeem Witter for the position of Mental Health Tech for your establishment. I met Takeem at the Marion Regional Detention Center where we worked together for approximately 3 years. During his tenure with the State of Florida, I had the privilege of witnessing a standup guy who actually practices what he preaches. With that being said, I feel Takeem Witter is suitable to work with children because he was an exceptional mentor for the troubled youth. Specifically, when the teens would fly off the handle, Takeem took the time to converse with them in order to gain a better understanding of their frustration. On the same note, his calm demeanor in addition to his decisiveness are two of the essential components
