STANDARD OPERATING POLICIES
1. Safety Meetings: Unit and program managers shall discuss a brief safety topic at monthly family meetings. All employees shall participate, to the fullest extent possible, in the monthly safety meetings. Supervisors shall attend and document safety meetings. The documentation shall include a list of employees that attended. Summer (seasonal) crews shall hold "Tailgate Safety Meetings" with the project manager prior to the start of any job and weekly there after. These meetings will be provided in accordance with the Safety & Health Code Handbook 6709.11 and a JHA(S).
2.
