Taco Sam’s is a food establishment which aims to provide reasonably priced Mexican style cuisine. It aims to serve authentic Mexican street food such as Burritos, Quesadillas, Tacos and Cheesy Nachos. Taco Sam’s targets socio-economic classes’ B, C & D. Currently there are a few popular establishments serving Mexican food such as Silantro, Mexicali and Army Navy. Taco Sam’s aims to compete in this market by providing authentic, reasonably priced, quality Mexican delicacies. It shall make revenue from both walk-in and take-out customers. The vision is to have a combination of kiosks and dine-in restaurant in high traffic areas such as food courts and strips.
