Internal Strength: 1. Endorsed by major markets such as the NBA which promotes the taco bell brand to millions of viewers on multiple networks such as TNT, ABC, FOX Sports and Espn. Brand is very strong worldwide as a result of such partnerships.

External Strength: 2. Is recognizable and established overseas which adds to the potential growth opportunities for the franchise.

Internal Weakness: Low quality food is often associated with the Taco Bell brand. This is important because it limits the potential consumers of Taco Bell consumers because those with higher incomes will choose higher quality foods sold elsewhere.

External Weakness:Competitors have more more locations nationwide and overseas. This is a problem because the popularity of other major companies such as Mcdonald’s can hinder potential growth and profits.
