Taco Bell is a Californian based fast food restaurant chains business. The food chain is a subsidiary of Yum!Brands, Inc., also headquartered in the United States of America. Taco Bell specializes in the sale of nachos, quesadillas, and tacos. The company also deals in value menu foods. The company is responsible for over two billion clientele base per year. They get directly affiliated with over six thousand restaurants that get franchised or independent entrepreneurs, (Karamessini, & Rubery, 2013).
Back in 2011 an Alabama Law firm, MONTGOMERY, Ala filed a lawsuit on behalf of Bell Taco customer claiming that Bell made false adverts concerning their seasoned beef and their products. The suit claimed that the meat sold at Bell did not satisfy
